sally_cpv_wh - v2

Code for second version of paper, published in JHEP (JHEP04(2024)014)

Main changes:

• parton-level + smearing replaced by Pythia + Delphes (with ATLAS card)
• larger datasets for SALLY training
• larger set of benchmarked variables and binning choices
• cutflow measuring the impact of each generator-level cut on the cross-section
• simplified code
• added series of shell scripts for reproducibility
