This release of the “Ebola Outbreak Meta-Analysis” repository, containing all data, code, and documentation needed to reproduce the analyses in Paasi et al. (2025):

To reproduce the paper’s results: 1. Install R ≥ 4.3.2 and the packages listed in requirements.txt. 2. Populate data/data_extraction_with_guide.csv with outbreak data. 3. Run code/meta_analysis.R to generate pooled CFR estimates, meta-regression outputs, and figures. 4. See code/session_info.R for the exact R session details.
