ogd-automation - v0.0.1

Summary

Initial release tag of the automation tools. Future releases will likely match to releases of the official OpenGameData platform. However, our earliest implementations weren't made with respect to a platform (as it didn't exist yet). Thus, we're calling initial release a 0.0-series release, with plans to hop to a calendar-based release tag as we work towards platform synchronization.
