mtrf-toolbox - mTRF-Toolbox with LiveScript Examples

This new release includes six new example scripts, demonstrating forward and backward TRF models on various sample datasets. Results can be visualised straight away, without the need for running the code. Running the code will download the sample datasets automatically during code execution, and give the option of exploring the analysis using different datasets. For example, the ForwardTRF LiveScript can be run using two different datasets. LiveScripts include ForwardTRFs with speech, music, and food-intolerance data, BackwardTRF and attention decoding with speech datasets. These example LiveScripts can also be used as blueprints for new analysis scripts.
