acclimate - v3.4.0 Utility maximising consumer module

This version included the adjusted consumer module, introducing utility maximising consumers optimising a CES utility function based on a fixed budget given by their baseline consumption.

This extension is utilised in Quante et. al 2024 (forthcoming)

Parameters The utility function has two levels to account for baskets of goods like necesseties, releveant goods and other goods and set substitution elasticities between basket (interbasketsubstitutioncoefficient) as well as within consumer baskets (substititutioncoefficient). Price-elasticity parameters are retained for calculation of initial values for the optimisation.

An example settingsfile for acclimate is attached for reference how to set up the new consumer model.
