waterQUAC v1.0.0 - Initial Release
We're excited to introduce waterQUAC, an R package dedicated to water quality anomaly detection and data extraction. This first release provides essential tools for researchers and water quality professionals to streamline their data processing workflows. Key features include:
Robust anomaly detection algorithms for sensor limits, spike detection, and flat line detection Seamless data extraction from multiple sources including Water Monitoring Information Portal, SILO (Long Paddock), OpenWeatherMap, and Eagle.IO (API keys available upon request) Simplified quality control processes for water quality datasets
This package aims to standardise water quality QC procedures and make high-quality data more accessible to the water management community. We welcome feedback and contributions as we continue to develop this toolset.
