thereminq-tensors - Agentic Tensor Workflow and Jupyter notebooks

2 years after being spun off from the main ThereminQ branch for a specialized Python integration we have now arrived at a fully functional and stable stack as a firm foundation to "Run & Control Quantum Circuits with Agentic Jupyter Notebooks"

This package is a meta-release based on publicly avaliable packages and code which means that there are a lot of moving parts of Open Source code that may or may not have rights reserved.

Like metioned in the readme.md : if you feel that your code does not belong here please let me know and we will remove it from the stack where applicable.
