communityfirnmodel - Version 2.3.0

This release fixes issues with the merging scheme and the spinupdate feature. It also slightly changes the timestepping so that values in the results apply to the end of a day/month/timestep rather than the start. If comparing results from v2.3.0 to results from 2.2.0, there will be an offset of 1 time step. Details in changelog.
