dataset-phenotypes - Version 2.0.0 Release: Now pip-installable!

Making this repository pip-installable comes along with many improvements:

1. pip install bids_phenotype
2. bids-phenotype --help
3. A new ReadTheDocs site for the READMEs, and up-to-date instructions will be on the way with release v2.0.1.
4. Example BIDS-standardized output data and dictionaries, as possible with studies like ABIDE.

dataset-phenotypes - Release version 1.0.0

This is the initial release for Zenodo in preparation for OHBM 2023 abstract submission. Excited to have this list of collaborators and an excellent repository already. This repository includes:

1. 7 complete study data dictionary converters (ABCD, ABIDE I and II, HBN, HCP, PNC, and UKB)
2. 1 work in progress data dictionary converter (NKI)
3. 1 GUI prototype (from Brainhack DC 2022)
4. 1 README for each folder
