last-mile-routing-analyzer - v0.1.0 - Final Thesis part 1

VRP-street-network finally released!

As a part of a final thesis project presented to the Escola Politecnica of the University of Sao Paulo in July 2022, this project aims to work on different interfaces among geospatial data and vehicle routing problem phenomena.
