Introduction

SLKB (Synthetic Lethality Knowledge Base) is a knowledge base for CRISPR-Cas9 dual knockdown (CDKO) experiments. The details on deposited data and available functions can be found within the paper.

Installation

SLKB pipeline can be installed through PyPI.

pip install SLKB

Alternatively: python setup.py sdist pip install dist/SLKB-1.0.11.tar.gz --user
