IronMan_2023

Main Objective: July 23rd 2023 I performed at the Lake Placid Ironman, with respect to my coaching and training I want to analyze my training v. my performance and extract any insights to guide further races

Data Preparation

The aim here will be to create a database that can be used for future analysis for my health data - SQLite will be used initally I will extract data from the following apps used during my training period: - Apple Health - MyfitnessPal - Wahoo - FORM

Data Analysis

  • The marathon course will be compared to my training routes
  • The lake swim will be compared to swimming in a 20 meter pool
  • The bike course will be evaluted versus the indoor trainer as well as my outdoor rides
