childhood-blackwater-fever-scoping-review -  initial workflow release for BWF scoping review

This first release delivers the complete, end-to-end workflow for the blackwater fever scoping review, including all data, code, documentation, and templates needed to reproduce the review and prepare it for publication:

manuscript/: draft text in Markdown and Word, plus reviewer-response and cover-letter templates

data/raw/: final search strategy (searchstrategyfinal.doc), screening log (screeninglog.csv), original extraction table (includedstudies_raw.xlsx)

data/processed/: cleaned extraction table (includedstudiesclean.csv), PRISMA counts (screening_counts.yaml)

scripts/:

parseincludedstudies.R cleans and annotates the extraction table

generateprismaflow.R creates the PRISMA-ScR flow diagram

figures/: placeholder and generated PNGs for PRISMA flow, geographic map, and publication trend

supplementary/: PRISMA-ScR checklist PDF, final included-studies Excel, formatted search-strategy PDF

docs/: contribution guide, code of conduct, citation instructions

.github/: CI workflow (ci.yml), issue and PR templates
