Gestione e Modellizzazione Dati COVID-19 in Piemonte

Questo repository contiene il codice, il manuale di documentazione e visualizzazioni dati per il design e l'operazione della pipeline di modellizzazione e gestione dei dati di sorveglianza COVID-19 in Piemonte che abbiamo sviluppato in collaborazione con il Servizio Sovrazonale di Epidemiologia (SEPI).

Per motivi di privacy tutti i dati contenuti in questo repository sono o fake (i.e. inventati) or synthetic (i.e. simulati) in modo da essere strutturalmente equivalenti ai dati individuali originali per riprodurre accuratamente il funzionamento della pipeline di modellizzazione dati.

L'unica referenza ai dati reali si pu trovare nei grafici presenti nella cartella images/real-output.

Come Accedere

Se voleste accedere ai dati reali di sorveglianza COVID-19 in Piemonte che coprono l'intero anno 2020 per il vostro progetto di ricerca (i.e. sequenze, incidenze e distribuzioni empiriche di temi di transizione visualizzati qui), non esitate a contattarci inviandoci una email.
