ppiref - PPI search benchmark released

You can now download a benchmark for PPI search from Zenodo via from ppiref.utils.misc import download_from_zenodo download_from_zenodo('benchmark_similarity_6A.zip')

The benchmark contains 2M PPI pairs originating from 50K PDB entries. The files also contain similarity calculation results for iAlign and iDist.
