r-capstone-code - v0.0.1-alpha.2 - Build Environment

This release provides additional build scripts for setting up a virtual environment with Python to enable the usage of useful project aids. In particular, provides access to the pre-commit tool as well as pip-tools for installing layered requirements inside of virtual environments.

Additionally, several documentation items have been updated (including CITATION file information).

r-capstone-code - v0.0.1-alpha.1 - Initial Release

Initial release to provide end-to-end support with citation tools like Zenodo. This will enable us to generate a DOI and provide a way to have future releases to be properly tracked for citation purposes. No code is available in this release and it is purely meant to place the legal and attribution boilerplate in the right places.
