trueblocks-core - Chester - Major Release - Much Better Unchained Index

Summary of changes

Wrote first draft of the Unchained Index Spec.
Re-wrote the Unchained Index smart contract.
Re-wrote chifra scrape in GoLang.
Expanded chifra chunks to manage, update, pin, and clean the Unchained Index.
Enabled both local pinning (if IPFS daemon is running) and remote pinning to various pinning services.
Added support for indexing Gnosis and Sepolia chains.
Wrote detailed instructions for Indexing Your Own Chain.
Removes retired test nets including Kovan, Rinkeby, and Ropsten.
Preparation for publishing GoLang packages.
Preparation for removal of all C++ code.
Updated and expanded many test cases.
Modified a few configuration options in trueBlocks.toml file:
- Added [settings]defaultGateway option for support of --pin --remote options in various tools.

This release has a lot of improvements to command line validation and prepares for the first "tagged" version of the Unchained Index. A tagged version of the Unchained Index contains the specification of the algorithm that produces the index inserted into the index itself, so that anyone with the IPFS hash of the manifest can create the index without reliance on any third party (including us).

Command-line / Server endpoints - improvements to chifra chunk to allow better exploration of the index - removed --extract syntax and replaces with mode - added --belongs option to check if an address is in a particular index - added --details option to show entire index contents - added --check option (but still unimplemented) - add "special" block file to Gnosis chain - moves a lot of remaining command-line validation from c++ to go code

trueblocks-core - Cambria - Second Beta

A lot of things change with this release:

We replaced all the C++ code under chifra list with concurrent Go code. What previously took 10-12 seconds now takes less than .01 seconds. It's really fast.
We re-wrote the chifra scrape monitor code which allows us now to actively monitor address and produce data such as that we provide here: https://tokenomics.io. On this "proof of concept" website, we're monitoring nearly 4,000 addresses every block. It costs us almost nothing since we run our own local nodes.
A lot of improvements to other code, docs, and testing.
This release will also be the basis for the first 'non-official' dAppNode package (https://github.com/TrueBlocks/trueblocks-dappnode) which we will release shortly.

This is our first beta release. This means that the APIs and command-line options are generally stable, although there still may be breaking changes (although none are planned as of now).

Since we were making such large changes anyway, we decided to go ahead and clean up all the many 'conversions' code that was peppered throughout the repo. All conversions are now stored in conversion.[ch]*.

Note: This will not be the last major breaking change to this code base. Until we get to version 1.0.0, we cannot promise that we won't make breaking changes in the future.

trueblocks-core - Monitor alpha release

This release is the first in support of QuickBlocks monitors. Includes the first version of hierarchical, adaptive bloom filters for quick per-account filtering. Note that this release is not backward compatible. It requires a clearing of your quickBlocks cache.

trueblocks-core - Gravers

This is the first full release of QuickBlocks including all library code, all command-line tools, and some application code at Version 0.3.0-alpha.

Currently, QuickBlocks requires a locally-running Parity node started with --pruning archive and --tracing on and fully synced. Notwithstanding, you may run against a remote Infura node, although some features, such as tracing, will be disabled.

Because this is an alpha release, you should expect interface and breaking changes to the code as we progress towards our first beta.

We welcome contributions and invite any and all comments, suggestions, thoughts on improvement, etc. Let us know what you think.
