This is the first release of m3csdirest (Multiple 3-Component Station DIRection ESTimate)

m3csdirest is a FORTRAN77 program which requires the SAC library, LAPACK, and BLAS. I obtained SAC (the seismic analysis code) from https://ds.iris.edu/ds/nodes/dmc/software/downloads/sac/
