masmps - V2.1.0 Release of pages code and metadata sources for maSMP

This is the first release of the code used to create the website for maSMP metadata schema, currently in version 2.1.0. From now on, we will also archive releases of this source code. The live site is available at https://zbmed-semtec.github.io/maSMPs
