This is the first production-ready release of BRAPH 2's. - Stable and production-ready version of BRAPH2 for advanced brain connectivity analysis using multimodal neuroimaging data. - Enhanced support for graph theory, including conventional, multiplex, and multilayer graphs. - Integration of deep learning techniques such as dense neural networks for advanced analysis. - Parallel computing support for running scripts on CPUs and GPUs, enabling scalable processing. - User-friendly graphical interface (GUI) and customizable analysis pipelines for easy deployment and development. - Fully compatible with MATLAB R2022a+ and tested on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. - Improved documentation and tutorials for users to get started with ease.

This release includes additional standard multiplex and deep-learning pipelines: - connectivity orderedmultiplex - connectivity orderedmultiplex group_average - connectivity NN for graph BUD - functional NN for graph BUD - connectivity-functional multiplex NN for graph BUD
Additionally, this release also addresses minor bug fixes.
