optim3d - Optim3D v0.3.0

The new version 0.3.0 fixed the issue with reconstruct command. [see: issue#2] This version can be installed directly from PyPI. Please, make sure to install the other dependencies in Conda environment:

• PDAL
• python-PDAL (python bindings for PDAL)
• Entwine
