ml-lifecycle-visualization - v1.0.0 web-based visualization for the RDA FAIR4ML ML lifecycle

First release of this web-based visualization for the ML lifecycle defined at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10407264. Not changes are expected unless there is an update of the Ml lifecycle. The table associated to the different steps can be configured with own information.
