absp - ABSP v1.2.0

Major changes

• Grouped analysis: New type of plot created for boxplots and methylation profile plots: without the p-values (usefull for analyses with many groups to compare with cluttered p-values)
• Grouped analysis: Boxplots of means now are displaying only significative p-values / p-values significance levels (not ns.)
• Grouped analysis: GroupOrder parameter now corresponds to the list of selected groups for the analysis, in the desired order for display (unselected groups are removed from the extracted data)
• Grouped analysis: The date+hour is added to the grouped results folder name, to match with its associated report (different analyses possible with different selected groups, due to the GroupOrder modification)
• App text updated to match the new GroupOrder parameter
• Regeneration of example data
• User guide updated

Minor changes

• Bug fix: clone number was not correctly added to CpG positions inexistant in the first analyzed clone
• Limit of plot width for boxplot was a source of error, now if the boxplot is too wide (50000px) it is not generated and a warning message is printed
