doublemanning - Version 0.0.0

Very basic release for draft of channel-width paper. This is a sketch of the code more than anything, and its use requires modification of the code itself.

It does: * ManningFit.py: Find the best-fit parameters from a rating curve * depthfromdischarge.py: Compute flow depth at a given discharge, given the right parameter set

It is a functional code but in the barest of states: Hence, v0.0.0.
