canada-labour-research-assistant - pre-release

First public release of CLaRA. Set as a pre-release since it has yet to be put into production.

CLaRA comes in two builds: * one using Ollama as a backend * one using vLLM as a backend

If you start using this software in production, please let us know as we would like to get as much feedback as possible on this software.
