mrwater - Updated release of mrwater library

This release includes some updates and bugfixes.

1. It now includes a data set on irrigation system crop suitabilities as provided in Table 2 of Jägermeyr et al. (2015)
2. A mistake with respect to the yield value gain calculation has been corrected
3. The area suitable for cropping activities is now based on Zabel's suitability under irrigated conditions.

mrwater - Initial release of mrwater library

This is the initial release of the mrwater R library. It comprises input data processing functions to derive irrigation potentials (potentially irrigated areas & potential irrigation water) at a 0.5 degree spatial resolution. The library can be used as irrigation water input processing tool for global land-system models. Further, the spatially explicit irrigation potentials can be used to disaggregate outputs from land-system models back to a 0.5 degree spatial resolution.
