report_dashboard_views_log - v1.0.2 bug fix and citation file auto-update workflow

bug-fix: page logged only if isAuthenticated

isAuthenticated method was added just after redcapeverypage_top to avoid page logging without the user being loggen in (issue #1)

citation file will be auto-update by each relase
