tandem_rnaseq - Initial Release

Initial public release of the Tandem RNA-seq pipeline. Used for the analysis of data in association with the publication of the article, "RNA-sequencing of paired tape-strips and skin biopsies in atopic dermatitis reveals key differences" which was accepted for publication in the journal, Allergy in February 2024.
