animal-health-surveillance-tool - First release

First release of the FSVO's R-based tools designed to support the planning and evaluation of surveillance programmes for animal diseases in Switzerland. This first version includes a tool specifically tailored for the surveillance programmes targeting Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis and Enzootic Bovine Leukosis in cattle.
