With great pleasure, the initial version 1.0.0 of DisCostiC has been released.

It is a cross-architecture resource-based parallel simulation framework that can efficiently predict the performance of real or hypothetical massively parallel MPI programs on current and future heterogeneous systems.

Primary attributes - A full-scale first-principles-model-based simulator - Semi-automated DSEL approach for creating application blueprint - MPI parallel implementation - No requirement of code execution on the host architectures - Simulation combines application, system and analytic first-principle performance models
