xsrecency - Revised package with more documentation, enhanced estimator

Revised package that includes:

• Vignettes on usage of the snapshot, adjusted, and enhanced (incorporating prior HIV tests) estimators
• Tools to create recent infection testing algorithm datasets from publicly available dataset
• More intuitive functions for simulating datasets
