stpsf - v2.1.0

This release updates the Roman instrument model for use with the Cycle 10 optical models of WFI wavefront error from Goddard Space Flight Center (Fall 2024). Note that accessing these optical models requires an upgrade to the latest reference data. The updated Roman reference files introduce a) Zernike coefficients specific to each filter for modeling wavefront error, b) throughputs specific to each filter and detector, and c) pupil masks specific to each of the imaging and prism filters. (The zeroth and first order grism filters continue to share a pupil mask.) The add_distortion flag now has no effect on Roman simulations since our input WFI pupil masks natively include distortion effects.
