moac-6g - Release for Zenodo DOI generation

This is an updated public release of the MOAC-6G framework for Open RAN in 6G.

This release triggers Zenodo to archive the software and generate a DOI for persistent citation.

Included: - Source code updates and documentation - Evaluation scripts and all figures (Figs. 5–14) - License (MIT) - Citation file (CITATION.cff) - Full reproducibility setup

moac-6g - Initial Public Release of MOAC-6G
