- The required R packages used in the study are as follows: [tidyverse](https://www.tidyverse.org/) (heavily used in the codes) [@wickham_tidy_2019], [broom](https://broom.tidymodels.org/) [@robinson_broom_2021], and [vcd](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/vcd/index.html) (for generating the association plots and computing the effect sizes [i.e., the Cramér's *V* values]) [@meyer_vcd_2020; @zeileis_residual_2007]

- The topic of this study continues our previous works on the interaction of (non-)metaphoric meanings and Indonesian voice morphologies using different base words [@rajeg_pemahaman_2019; @rra_2020].
