This release enables user's to run the OMEinfo dash-app with locally available files, in line with the CLI tool and moves the datastore for COG files to Figshare.

• Run OMEinfo App with local versions of the data packet (or versions stored anywhere the user specifies).
• Move to Figshare for default data packet location.
• Fix warning message in OMEinfo CLI relating to float/nan.
• Improvements to readability throughout readme, with additional commands for a walkthrough of the test data.
• Add an expected output file for analysing the test data with version 2.0 data packet.
