Regular Expressions for Biologists
An introduction to regular expressions (Regex), using examples applied to file formats from (molecular) biology.
Adapted from the EMBL Bio-IT lesson, Introduction to Regular Expressions, written and taught by Markus Fritz, Toby Hodges, Supriya Khedkar and Mike Smith at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Heidelberg.
