false-alarm-reduction - False Alarm Reduction v1.0.0

This is the initial release of the False Alarm Reduction code used to detect false arrhythmia alarms in the intensive care unit. The algorithm was based upon that of Plesinger et al. 2015 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27454821) with various modifications.
