pca-book - Fixed minor issues, clarified discovery in DNA case.

This release adds version numbering to the end of the introduction and fixed some issues in chapter 1:

• The dimensions were named $d$ instead of $m$ in some places.
• The variable x was used where x' should have been used in some places.
• Some typos.
• The description of the DNA use case originally suggested that [Novembre 2008] were the first to apply PCA to genetic data. Their contribution is made more precise in the new version.

pca-book - v1.0.0: Initial

Initial release.

Note on version numbering: I will increment the patch digit (the third one) for minor typos and small mistakes. I will increment the minor digit (the second one) for meaningful changes to the text and for fixes to serious mistakes. If I ever do a serious overhaul of the book, I will update the major digit (this would be equivalent to publishing a "second edition").

The version is noted in the book at the end of the introduction. If this is not the case, your version is v1.0.0.

Each update will be accompanied by a changelog detailing the most important issues. For greater detail, you may consult the diff on github.
