Important: This update contains breaking changes to the cli/config file interface. In particular, the ability to specify an output directory is deprecated. The output directory is now automatically set to the config directory. Also, specifying the directories block in config file is deprecated, and all directories (e.g. log_directory, collect_directory, etc.) must be specified at the top level of the config file. Attempting to run reV with a directories block or an output_directory key in your config file will cause a crash.

The ability to specify a job name in a config file is also deprecated, although this input will simply be ignored instead of causing a crash.
