ClearMap

This program is a headless implementation of ClearMap2 and CellMap.

Original Source Code

To run this program, open a linux terminal and run the following:

git clone https://github.com/npoleksic/ClearMap2-HPC.git
cd ClearMap-HPC
chmod +x run_cellmap.sh
./run_cellmap.sh
