-- code_cleaning folder contains all R scripts for cleaning all the publically available datasets specified in the 'Associations Between National Plant-Based vs Animal-Based Protein Supplies and Age-Specific Mortality in Human Populations' manuscript. -- data_cleaned contains all cleaned data output as in codecleaning files -- **codeanalysis** uses file from datacleaned. It contains all R scripts required to run the analyses for the figures and tables in the 'Associations Between National Plant-Based vs Animal-Based Protein Supplies and Age-Specific Mortality in Human Populations' manuscript. -- **analysisoutput** contains optimization files generated from the 'Figure5optimization.R' script. It also contained a folder to which figures are/can be saved from the code_analysis scripts.
