Recent Releases of damvi_app

damvi_app - v1.6-beta

There have been a number of changes. That startup has been modified to work easier on new computers with different users. There are a couple new modules for nonlinear and linear methods, and cross signal methods. The Review module has been reworked to be more modular and allow more custom figures. There is also a quality (QC) module that allows you to flag faults while reviewing the data.

The release was made after learning that tags use the same commit even if they are made in a new release. This should include all the recent updates.

damvi_app - v1.3-beta

This release has additional features in the Grouping Module. These mostly allow information from signal names to be added to object names and group information. This was mainly used with Visual3D data to organize data files into a longer format ahead of performing statistics.

This release has significant updates to the available methods, comments and the user manual. These are centered around the projects we are working on at Boston University. It is also being prepared for further beta testing in other labs and publication in the Journal of Open Source Software.

damvi_app - v1.0-beta

This is a beta release for students of the Boston University MoveLab to start using the app. This is mainly for analyzing Quantitative Sensory Testing data but most of the other functions of the app are complete or near-complete. The code is extensively commented but the manual is incomplete.
