snpsea - v1.0.3

I updated --score total for continuous matrices, and it now performs equally as well as --score single for four phenotypes that I tested. See the manual for details.

I included a snpsea executable snpsea-linux64 that works on Linux 64 bit (kernel >= 2.6).
