Initial public release of SocialEyes

This release introduces the SocialEyes implementation used for the research study https://doi.org/10.1145/3706598.371391

Note: the 1.0.1 tag indicates a few minor updates over the initial release. These includes an addition of manual event logging, optional calibration functionalities for arducam centralcam, and documentation/code refactors.
