contour - Published version of damage threshold estimation by image recognition

This code is the Python implementation of a damage threshold algorithm. Here, images are imported and inspected, whereafter the dmaged area is traced and fittted by an ellipse. Hereafter, these fits are used to obtain Liu-plots, from which threshold values are obtained using an automated RANSAC fitting procedure.
