Description

Matlab package for the validation of vertical profiles of ocean parameters using the Mann-Whitney test, t-test, F-Test, bias, Scatter Index and RMSE; compares analysis and reanalysis data with observed data.

How to install

Matlab 2021b compatible software

  • Open Matlab
  • Go to APP tab
  • Click on the "Install App" button
  • Select the compVert.mlappinstall file
  • In the Install dialog click on the "Install" button

How to run

Type in the Matlab command window:

```sh

compVert ``` or Find compVert in the APP tab of Matlab.
