Age gate demo web form

Introduction

This demonstrates an "age gate" web form.

  • A user arrives on the web page and sees the age gate form.
  • He selects his age then submits.
  • If he's at least 18 years old, then the web page says "Congratulations".
  • If he's not 18 years old, then the web page says "Sorry".
