GlimmaV2 - Glimma 2.0

Changes to Glimma since version 1.0:

• 🖥️ re-implemented Glimma as an HTML Widget, allowing interactive plots to be embedded in R markdown
• 🖼️ allowed plots to be saved to PNG or SVG formats, of which the latter allows users to further manipulate plots in Adobe Illustrator
• 📊 added new interactive features for the MDS plot including: adjusting the size/shape/colour of points, choosing any combination of dimensions on the fly and dynamically changing colour schemes
• 📈 added new interactive features for the MA/XY/Volcano plots including: highlighting multiple genes, exporting data as a CSV file, rotating x-axis labels in the expression plot as well as optionally fixing the y-axis
• 🧬 added volcano plot function which automates the process of plotting fold change versus significance

Now available on Bioconductor.
