• Update function calls that were deprecated by numpy and scipy
• Remove requirements that center-of-mass correction can only be done for earlier versions of python as scri is now compatible with 3.12

Mayawaves - v2024.4

Make compatible with most recent python (3.12) as long as the user isn't using center of mass corrections. Warns user to downgrade to python 3.10 if needing to do center of mass corrections.

Improve documentation.

Reduce filesize in test data.

Remove sample simulation.

Fix bug in average run speed.
