aamas-2023-fcql - First release

This is a demo of Fuzzy Conservative Q-Learning in the Cart Pole problem using the systematic design process outlined in AAMAS 2023. The code is designed to be run inside of Google Colab. Potential issues arise with the integration of OpenAI gym as it has since deprecated the use of the Monitor class.
